Over 25 years of design experience, and over 15 years of
marketing experience. President and co-founder of
Digital Data Services, Inc a geographic and data
conversion corporation established in 1998
(www.usgsquads.com). Some of the companies that Mr.
Carter has performed projects for include the Atlanta
Falcons, Dreamworks (Universal Studios), NIKE, and CNN.
Mr. Carter has extensive experience in cartography and
has published two maps, both of which reside in the
Library of Congress.
Software Knowledge- Graphic Design Applications: CorelDraw (Expert Level), CorelPhoto
(Expert Level), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
Corel Bryce (Landscape Rendering application).
Mapping/Cartographic Applications: ArcView, ArcGIS, ArcInfo, Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst,
Global Mapper, & AutoCAD.
